Scheduling a Meeting - workplace scenario

 Your boss has asked you to schedule an all staff meeting to review company policy changes. Send a Doodle poll to find out availability. Then schedule the meeting on your Outlook calendar.

EXCEL - workplace scenario

Make a spreadsheet to track employee benefits by the month. This will include health insurance coverage and retirement contributions. Create columns for each employees gross wages, how much the company pays in for each benefit, and how much the employee contributes.

  • Retirement - company pays 3% of gross / employee pays 1 - 10 % of gross 
  • Insurance - company pays $500 per month / employee pays remainder
