 Employee Handbook (company policies and regulations) - Include an introduction to the company and policies on dress code, benefits, and time off.  For each heading, create at least two subheadings (example: under benefits include insurance and paid vacation). Create a draft of the handbook and a table of contents. 

Employee Manual (how to perform a job) - Include an introduction to the position within the company, and instruction on how to complete each task (example: Taking orders, Making orders, Delivering orders). For each heading, create at least two subheadings (example: under Taking orders include greeting the customer, entering the order in the computer, and taking payment)
