Word - Your boss at the property management has asked you to write a letter to all the existing winter maintenance clients to inform them that rates will be increasing this winter. Plowing will go up from $75/ hour to $100/ hour. Winter home checks will increase from $50/ home check to $75/ home check.
Excel - You need to create a vehicle maintenance log to track oil changes, tire rotations, and gas use. You have three trucks to track at your company.
