Scenario: 

• You received an email from a mother complaining that when she visited the clinic yesterday, she had an awful experience. She brought her son in with an ear ache. When they went to the patient room, the paper had not been changed on the table and there were dirty tissues on the counter. The assistant was not nice as she took her son's vitals. Once the doctor arrived, she was very helpful. Other than that, she was very disappointed and disgusted in her visit.
